Erin McDonald

Erin started work with Groom and Lavers in 2019 as a paralegal, and now as a Solicitor since her admission to the Supreme Court in June 2021.  

Erin grew up in Toowoomba and studied a Double Bachelor of Business and Laws at the University of Southern Queensland, where she also worked as a  peer tutor and served as the President of the USQ Law Society.

In 2024 Erin was the recipient of the Downs and Southwest Queensland Law Association Early Career Lawyer of the Year Award.

Erin predominately works in property law with a focus on residential and rural conveyancing, but is also available to assist with Wills and Estates.

In her spare time, Erin enjoys reading, boardgames, helping to run her local youth group and serving on various committees, including the local Law Association.
